From Reference Images to Reality

This was exactly the kind of challenge our team enjoys.

Using the original cart images as our guide, we worked out the proportions, construction and finishing details needed to recreate the design. The carts were then fabricated and finished entirely in-house.

Colour played an important role in capturing Farm Rio's vibrant aesthetic. Our team selected colours to closely reflect the original design, with decorative details carefully hand-painted to complete the look.

Every stage, from the initial fabrication through to those final finishing touches, was completed by our team.

The Results

Starting with little more than a series of reference images, our team successfully recreated one of Farm Rio's recognisable display pieces thousands of miles from where the original was made.

The finished coconut carts retained the colourful, playful character of the Brazilian original while being carefully fabricated and finished by our team here in the UK.

The project is a great example of what bespoke display manufacturing can involve. Sometimes there isn't a technical drawing or detailed specification to follow. There is simply an idea, an image or an existing piece that needs to be transformed into something real.
